The Airport. Markowitz made a presentation about a guy across the mountain that is willing to relocate his business here at the airport. He is an avaiation mechanic, and no, they did not give his name. What he wants to do is rent one of the big hangers for $1000 a month and if brings his clientele, then he will rent a second one. He already has 3 other employess who he will bing with him. The only thing that needs to be done is an office (required by the FAA for hanger mechanics) quoted around $26,000 needs to be built. What the thinking was behind this is even though he is not going to bringing any jobs to the county, the guy would bring tax revenue and if his clients follow, then the airport would have the income they need to pay off any debts if his clients rents hangers, which in turn would bring revenue to the town and county.

Discussion was talked about providing an informational packet on the EDA website for those that want to locate a business in Page County and it will give the business owner knowledge on what to do.
A proposed budget was drawn up to be presented to the BoS as requested.
